Okay! so we had to move again. some of you know the story. its a pretty long one. basically we found out that we couldnt have the dog. even though in the rental agreement it doesnt state that. So we called on a house for rent down the street from where we were. The lady was VERY nice. and the place was BEAUTIFUL! i fell in love with it when i walked in the front door.

this is the view looking up that first set of stairs. the closet looking doors is actually a laundry room with OUR OWN WASHER and DRYER! YAAY! now we can do laundry at our own time, and if it has to stay in overnight, owell! at the top of the stairs, to the right is the master bedroom, and to the left is the spare bedroom.
The spare bedroom is pretty big! it has enough room for my craft desk, and it will have enough room for a bed for company. 
it also has its own bathroom. which i thought was really neat! now company has their own place to shower and stuff!
here are a couple pics of the loft. we decided to use it as an office/lounge. we put the computer and all the movies up there. along with the ottoman, and his gutairs. now he has his own place to jam. (there is booda as well! he follows me everywhere!)so going back down the stairs, this is a view again from where the front door is. it is just past that first set of stairs.

here is a pic of the dining room table and nook area. we are eventually going to get bar stools for the counter. (that comes way later !) i still have my wine rack. but i did away with some of the extra stuff. we have boodas kennel in there for now, cuz we cant really leave him out if we leave. but he does good all day and at night.

this is the living room. we have a gas fireplace. its SO cozy! and we have so many windows! 
this is the view from downstairs. i am standing at the coffee area. that first landing you see with the tile takes you to the front door, or you can keep going up to get to the bedrooms.
here are a few pics of the back yard! this is the greatest thing about the place! we just leave the door open enough for booda to get in and out, and he goes in and out all day! (when he isnt running up and down the stairs)

we still have a ton of work to do, things to set up. the master bedroom to clean since we just threw all the clothes on the floor in there. but its a nice project.and a great place for us! we now have plenty of room for company, and no one complaining about us. so far our neighbors are really nice! so i invite you to come by for a cup of coffee and to chat sometime!
